I simplify your property search. Following a first contact where we discuss your buying project in depth, to better understand your needs, I start the search process. Thanks to DV Immo https://www.dv-immobilier-international.com which I am part of, we have a large portfolio of properties to choose from. What if we don’t have what you are looking for in store? Do not worry. We work with other agencies in the region who might have exactly what you are looking for.

Once we have found the property of your dreams, my second duty is to support you with the negotiations (if any), and with all the process until you take possession of the keys. Together, we will finalize the file for the “compromis de vente” (synallagmatic sales agreement), which is a binding sale obligation, and I will assist you with all the administrative side of the sale (which can be complex in France).
