I simplify your property search. Following a first contact where we discuss your buying project in depth, to better understand your needs, I start the search process. Thanks to DV Immo https://www.dv-immobilier-international.com which I am part of, we have a large portfolio of properties to choose from. What if we don’t have what you are looking for in store? Do not worry. We work with other agencies in the region who might have exactly what you are looking for. My first duty is to find you the house you are dreaming of.
Hands-on support
​Once we have found the property of your dreams, my second duty is to support you with the negotiations (if any), and with all the process until you take possession of the keys. Together, we will finalize the file for the “compromis de vente” (synallagmatic sales agreement), which is a binding sale obligation, and I will assist you with all the administrative side of the sale (which can be complex in France).
Got the house? I’m not done yet
Once you get the house, you can count on me to make your move as comfortable as possible. With my extended network, I can put you in touch with the different services and assistance you might need, Whether you are planning some renovation works or would like to get in touch with a gardener, I will introduce you to the right people.

Selling Your Property
Free property valuation
Are you looking to sell your property? I will personally visit your property and get familiar with it to evaluate it in the most accurate way possible. With my expertise and with the intervention of colleagues from DV Immo, I am able to give precise valuation, aligned with the reality of the real estate market, to make sure your property will be sold respecting your timeline and your expectations.
Prepare the house
Once we have agreed on the sale partnership, we need to prepare the house for the sale. The first step include the inspection. I will personally assist you in getting the right people for the diagnostics and to any repairs of refreshments needed to put the house in its best shape. The second step would be to visually make the house attractive. This will serve us well when we will creat graphic content and also for the visitors, to project themselves in the house. Once the house is ready, the core work will start.
The core of the sale
​The sale process includes a lot of office work, which I will be doing as part of our agreement. This includes but is not limited to: content creation, pictures and videos, advertising, home staging, négociations, and, finally, closing the deal. All this work requires a lot of time but most importantly, a professional approach, that I will happily provide.
And after the sale?
I will accompany you during the whole post-sale process. From the “notaire” work to the final move and handover of keys, I will be present to make sure you leave your home with a smile. And in case you are selling to buy, then I’ll be here to find you your new home, and make sure the transition from your old property to your new one happens graciously.
